We operate a 3 stage My Garden Room payment process.

Holding Deposit

A holding deposit of £200 is required at the start of the process to secure your installation date in our diary. This can be cancelled or amended at any time up to 6 weeks before your installation date. If cancelled within this time, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Building Deposit

A building deposit totalling 50% of your remaining fee will be required at least 6 weeks prior to the start of your installation. This deposit is non-refundable as we will commence creation of your My Garden Room at this point.

Balance Payment

Once you have inspected the new addition to your home and you are 100% happy with the building, you will receive your My Garden Room guarantee and be asked to sign off on the project. The remaining balance is due at this point.
